Prior to January 2015, unless otherwise cited, the information is for "AIM REHE Strategy" assets, not the AIM Real Estate Hedged Equity Fund (the "Fund"). The "AIM REHE Strategy" represents investments made by a subsidiary of Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., not the Fund, using an investment strategy substantially similar to what is employed by the Fund. The senior investment team responsible for the investment decisions represented by the AIM REHE Strategy is the same senior investment team that AIM employs and is responsible for the investment decisions of the Fund. "AIM REHE Strategy" performance is a pro-forma record net of management fees of 1.5% and performance fees of 15%. AIM believes that the investment strategy utilized during the period June 14, 2011 through October 31, 2011 was substantially different than that currently employed for the AIM REHE Strategy and the Fund and as a consequence would be more representative if removed.
